One Romper You Can Wear

I recently read a book, The Curated Closet: A Simple System for Discovering Your Personal Style and Building Your Dream Wardrobe by Anuschka Rees.

This book was loaded with a range of useful tips related to style. One point that stood out was her approach to the clothes one buys. Basically, her advice was to buy clothes that fit your lifestyle (Rees, 2016). This romper with all of its stretch and versatility, fits my lifestyle.

And, that’s what we are Mixing Up in this post.

I connected with this tip since it’s practical and budget friendly. I had my eye on different rompers out this season. The issue was either they weren’t comfortable, were too revealing or for going out.

Paired some blush tone flats

When I saw this romper at Target from Who What Wear, I immediately tried it on. Then it went in my shopping cart along with the coffee creamer and paper towels (the real reason I was at Target).

Easy to layer with a denim jacket

I’ve worn this romper a few times already. It’s been perfect to be out with my teenage daughter to shop and have lunch. I wore it again to be with family on a Sunday.

Love that the neckline is a wrap style (with a button in the front -thank you!). It also has a belt I can tie.

The ruffles make this piece even more feminine. Love it!!

…Because getting dressed (and living life) should feel good!
