Denim on Denim with a Pop of Color

Denim on denim is a fun way to make a scarf the inspiration for an outfit. Going monochromatic with the varying shades of blue creates a canvas for a pop of color!
That’s what we are Mixing Up in this post:

Style Breakdown: Target Merona Favorite Denim Shirt Here | Hue Denim Leggings Here | Abercrombie & Fitch Scarf similar one & less expensive Here | Michael Kors Boots Similar | Michael Kors Watch Here

Denim & Denim – The denim shirt is from Target (again)! Merona is pretty reliable when it comes to denim shirts. This shirt is comfy without being too baggy. Same goes with the Hue jeggings. They are super comfy and flattering. Both are inexpensive!

Don’t Pass Up A Good Accessory- The scarf was a find from a trip to the mall with my daughter. I don’t usually shop at Abercrombie & Fitch for myself. I saw this scarf and didn’t want to pass it up! I love the vibrant colors and pattern.

Investment Pieces- Lastly, are my Michael Kors boots and watch. These are good “investment” pieces. Investment pieces should be versatile and polished (in my humble little opinion). These two items fall in that category for sure.  I get a lot of use out of them! Well worth the price..

… because getting dressed (and living life) should feel good!
