Got in my first Sunset Run since we transitioned out of Daylight Savings! Had to time my run just right. Nice way to end the weekend!
Do a quick mile then enjoy the view:
Nothing can beat the feeling after a good run. Running is my way managing stress, refocusing, and resetting. I’m a better wife, mother, and person after I finish. It’s when I get the answers I was looking for. It’s when I can practice gratitude, being thankful that I am healthy enough to run.
In addition to all of the mental benefits of running, it makes sure I can fit into my clothes!
… because getting dressed (and living life) should feel good!
